NOMINATION FORM

The Allen County Agriculture Hall of Fame honors and gives public recognition to those who have brought distinction to themselves, have made outstanding contributions to their professions, and whose community service has been a stimulus to others.

Deadline for submission of 2024 nominations is Friday, May 10^th.  You may either fill out the online application below or scroll down to download and print the application. The application with original signature is to be received in the Lima Allen County Chamber of Commerce office by 4:00 PM on the deadline date.  The Lima/Allen County Chamber of Commerce office is located at 144 S. Main St., Lima, OH  45801. Online nominations are also due by 4:00 PM on Friday, May 10.

The Chamber will honor the 2024 inductees to the Allen County Agriculture Hall of Fame at a banquet to be hosted July 25^th at the Lima Civic Center.

The Agribusiness committee is partnering with Rhodes State College to offer one Full Tuition scholarship opportunity for their Agricultural Technology Program.  The 1st and 2nd runner-up will receive a $500 per semester scholarship that is renewable annually for the Agricultural Technology Program. This opportunity is open to any outstanding individual that are Freshmen – Seniors in High School and have been significantly involved in agriculture in Allen County. We are seeking individuals that have made contributions to and are extremely involved in every form of agriculture in Allen County.
